What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for electrical hardware systems, ensuring on-time delivery and performance.
• Coordinate the design, development, and integration of electrical hardware across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the introduction, commissioning, and validation of new electrical test equipment.
• Drive issue resolution by partnering with engineering and production teams to maintain program timing.
• Ensure electrical hardware systems meet manufacturing readiness and plant integration requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in electrical hardware development, manufacturing engineering, or automotive systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and hardware integration.
• Experience coordinating installation, validation, and support of electrical test equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25-50%).
