What you will do

• Lead Back End manufacturing engineering activities to ensure stable production and high yield performance.
• Monitor and optimize key manufacturing KPIs, including Yield, OEE, Cycle Time, and Throughput.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and 8D corrective actions for manufacturing and process-related issues.
• Manage engineering resources, including manpower planning, performance reviews, and team development.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), technology transfer, and capacity expansion projects.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related).
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor or High-Volume Manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years of people management or leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in RCA, FMEA, 8D, SPC, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor Back End operations (Assembly, Test, Packaging).
