What you will do

• Troubleshoot and recover handlers and testers to minimize production downtime and maintain continuity.
• Provide on-site support for engineering teams during debug to reduce issue resolution cycle time.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned equipment failures.
• Support NPI/NTI activities and engineering debug to ensure project timelines are met.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize overall equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards during all maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and reliability support.
• Strong technical knowledge of handlers, testers, and related semiconductor equipment.
• Proven ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a New Product Introduction (NPI) environment.
