What you will do

• Analyze factory metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational enhancements.
• Develop and sustain manufacturing decision support tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements and optimize production processes.
• Provide technical support during new product introduction (NPI) builds.
• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate the implementation of automation systems to align with factory goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 0-1 years of experience (internships/projects included) or a Master's degree.
• Proficiency in manufacturing process control, process improvement, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Foundational knowledge of good manufacturing practices and problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and implement solutions to optimize factory performance.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Kulim, Malaysia

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing small form factor devices or automation systems.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in group problem-solving and disciplined execution in manufacturing environments.
