What you will do

• Lead a team of operators and technicians overseeing factory operations, equipment configurations, and NPI follow-up.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency of manufacturing operations to meet strict production schedules.
• Streamline work flow across various teams and divisions within the factory.
• Serve as the primary responder for operational, safety, and security issues within assigned areas.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve problems affecting tool health and factory operations.
• Develop long-term strategies and employee training plans to maintain production readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering major (Industrial Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Penang, Malaysia.
• Strong verbal and written English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of structural problem-solving methods and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a contract-based role.
