Senior CX/UX Research Consultant (UX Research)

Location: Hybrid in the United States; eight days per month at the closest office within 50 miles. Primary location: New York City, NY. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Salary: $102,600–$179,250 USD annually, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Assist in leading user research initiatives and managing research projects.
• Design and conduct user studies and usability testing.
• Analyze research data to identify insights and trends.
• Present findings to product managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
• Integrate user feedback into product development and prioritization.
• Support heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, and refinement of research methodologies.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of user research methods and UX research best practices.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience conducting heuristic evaluations and cognitive walkthroughs.
• Ability to guide peers and mentor junior researchers.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
