Location: Onsite in Mandaluyong City, Manila, Philippines; flexibility for shifting schedules, including night shifts, is required

What you will do

• Partner with line of business stakeholders to implement people strategies and provide guidance on staffing, rewards, and retention.
• Lead learning sessions on HR topics and champion the adoption of company culture and values.
• Analyze data trends to provide actionable recommendations for improving people and business performance.
• Collaborate with the Senior People Business Partner to evaluate and update people policies to ensure alignment and compliance with local employment laws.
• Support new hire onboarding and coordinate with People Operations to resolve payroll and benefits concerns.
• Participate in the recruitment process to identify behavioral and culture-fit candidates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role.
• Must be based in Manila and able to work onsite with a shifting schedule, including night shifts.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws.
• Proven track record of partnering with managers and senior leaders.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field (preferred).
