What you will do

• Design, deliver, and evaluate employee learning and development programs to enhance performance.
• Manage the full talent selection process, including hiring, candidate evaluation, and onboarding.
• Guide managers through performance reviews and provide feedback to leaders to improve behavior.
• Identify high-potential talent and create tailored development plans.
• Advise on compensation, job leveling, and incentive planning to ensure internal fairness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience in L&D, talent selection, or employee engagement.
• Strong background in HR Learning and Development is required.
• Strong understanding of Philippine employment laws.
• Experience with HR systems, specifically knowledgeable in Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
