What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Coordinate operational hiring and support recruitment delivery based on approved plans.
• Oversee local compensation, benefits, and salary range proposals.
• Adapt and implement global performance reviews and HR cycles locally.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and oversee payroll inputs.
• Partner with local managers on employee relations and sensitive HR cases.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Lead, HRBP, HR Operations, or HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of local labor legislation and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in English for global stakeholder communication.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
• Must be able to relocate to the Philippines.
