What you will do

• Define and execute the HR strategy for hirify.global Hubs Philippines, alignhirify.global local priorities with the global people agenda.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on workforce plannhirify.global, organization design, and culture development.
• Drive workforce transformation, includhirify.global strategic capability buildhirify.global, reskillhirify.global, upskillhirify.global, and internal mobility.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession plannhirify.global, leadership development, and employer brandhirify.global initiatives.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management across all local HR activities.
• Drive operational excellence by implementhirify.global simplification, automation, AI, and people analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Significant experience within large, complex, international, and matrixed organizations.
• Strong expertise in workforce plannhirify.global, organizational design, and change management.
• Deep knowledge of Philippines local employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influenchirify.global skills.
