What you will do

• Own the company-wide Learning & Development strategy and framework.
• Design and launch the internal academy with structured learning pathways for all departments.
• Develop and lead comprehensive leadership development and management training programs.
• Implement and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) as the central hub for all training.
• Build dashboards to measure learning impact, ROI, and organizational capability gaps.
• Partner with executives and department leaders to align learning initiatives with business growth.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• Proven track record of scaling learning programs in fast-growing organizations.
• Strong expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and curriculum development.
• Experience implementing and managing modern Learning Management Systems.
• Ability to build competency frameworks and career pathways.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling learning functions from 100 to 300+ employees.
• Experience designing leadership programs for globally distributed teams.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance learning experiences.
