What you will do

• Develop and execute the regional People & Talent strategy across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore.
• Partner with senior leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and future capability needs.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including payroll coordination, benefits, and employee relations.
• Manage HR budgets, headcount planning, salary reviews, and compensation governance.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Govern HRIS systems and leverage people analytics to support business decisions.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven regional HR leadership experience across multiple Asian markets.
• Experience in a fintech environment is preferred.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
• Strong financial acumen for managing HR budgets and workforce costs.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance across various Asian jurisdictions.
