What you will do

• Own the design and execution of the employee engagement strategy, including surveys, feedback, and data-driven action plans.
• Champion company culture by embedding values across hiring, onboarding, recognition, performance, communications, and everyday experiences.
• Create memorable employee experiences, including virtual events, celebrations, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
• Build scalable recognition and rewards programs that make appreciation and peer recognition part of daily work.
• Partner with leadership to improve transparency and internal communications, supporting announcements and organizational changes.
• Track engagement, participation, retention, recognition, and culture metrics, and provide insights to continuously improve the employee journey.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in employee engagement, culture, employee experience, internal communications, HR, or people & culture.
• Proven experience building employee engagement programs in a fast-growing organization.
• Strong understanding of employee experience, organizational culture, and employee lifecycle best practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort using employee feedback and data to drive decisions; self-starter with strong ownership and attention to detail.
