What you will do

• Build B2B brand and consideration programs to increase awareness and preference among advertisers.
• Evaluate and develop strategic B2B2C partnerships to drive audience value and scale.
• Establish the operating model for emerging programs, collaborating with Sales, Consumer, and Product Marketing teams.
• Define and track success metrics using brand and business outcomes to guide future investments.
• Develop compelling investment cases for new initiatives, articulating strategic rationale and expected impact.
• Partner with Comms and Investor Relations to strengthen corporate and business reputation.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in consumer app tech, ad agencies, or B2B brands.
• Builder mindset with the ability to create structure and repeatable processes in ambiguous environments.
• Strong strategic judgment for evaluating opportunities and making resource trade-offs.
• Exceptional creative judgment in developing positioning, messaging, and briefs.
• Demonstrated experience with co-marketing, partnerships, or advertiser-facing programs.
• Familiarity with Reddit and internet culture.
