Senior Social Media Manager (B2B SaaS)

Location: Must be based in the USA

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 OTE

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end social strategy, including content pillars, platform priorities, and tone of voice.
• Plan and execute organic content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X.
• Produce visual and video assets, including shooting and editing short-form video content.
• Manage executive-generated content (EGC) and influencer programs to extend brand reach.
• Conduct social listening and engage with the community to stay informed on category trends.
• Analyze performance data to report on successes, failures, and future testing opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 4–6 years of social media experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and B2B audience engagement.
• Proven ability to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form video and graphics.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to make B2B topics engaging.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and present findings to leadership.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline research and reporting workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sprout Social, Asana, and Figma.
• Advanced video editing capabilities.
