Salary: $125,000β$145,000 annual base salary, plus benefits and discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Lead client presentations, strategy sessions, business reviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
- Manage client projects from initiation through completion, tracking deliverables, milestones, timelines, and active workstreams.
- Develop entertainment partnership briefs and strategic presentations that connect brand objectives with creators, talent, studios, streamers, and media partners.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for high-profile brand partners and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Research cultural moments, tentpole events, entertainment trends, properties, creators, and intellectual property to identify partnership opportunities.
- Support partnership activations, original content submissions, talent sourcing, outreach tracking, meeting coordination, and project delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in entertainment marketing and brand partnerships, including client relationship management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence working with clients, agents, talent, production companies, studios, and internal teams.
- Strategic, creative, analytical, proactive, and adaptable approach to connecting brands with entertainment and culture.
- Working knowledge of entertainment, streaming, and digital content ecosystems, distribution platforms, cultural trends, integrations, co-marketing, and original content.
- Ability to work from the Los Angeles office MondayβThursday and remotely on Friday.
