Customs Associate (Logistics)

What you will do

• Create and submit customs entries for high-profile clients.
• Digitally prepare and submit all required documentation for goods to clear via CBSA.
• Maintain expert knowledge of CBSA regulations and Participating Government Agencies (PGA) procedures.
• Review and organize incoming documentation to ensure strict reporting compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience throughout the customs process.
• Stay current with global customs laws, trade agreements, and industry practices through continuous training.

Requirements

• CCS Designation is required.
• Strong understanding of CARM.
• Previous experience with international trade and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with CBSA product classification and rulings.
• Proficiency in G Suite applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a compliance-first attitude.
