What you will do

• Create and convert leads from various sources into sales using digital communication channels such as phone and email.
• Engage technical and procurement functions to sell lab instrumentation and reagents.
• Prepare detailed offers for government, municipal, and industrial opportunities.
• Manage the sales funnel and customer data utilizing Salesforce (SFDC).
• Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless order shipment to customers.
• Implement tele-calling initiatives to generate new business leads in assigned markets.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in field or inside sales, preferably within the life science, analytical, or water quality industries.
• Degree in Chemistry or a scientific educational background.
• Above average English fluency with experience communicating across different English accents.
• Proven experience working within multinational organizations in process-driven environments.
• Disciplined approach to using CRM systems for data collection and strategic analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
