eLearning Manager (AI)

Location: Remote. US pay ranges apply.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of self-paced eLearning experiences, including storyboards, courseware, tutorials, assessments, and digital learning resources.
• Manage the eLearning team, content strategy, roadmap, resource planning, production timelines, quality standards, and learning outcomes.
• Use AI, emerging learning technologies, learning analytics, evaluation data, and learner feedback to improve content and personalize learning experiences.
• Coordinate content development and maintenance with production teams, subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and learning-platform partners.
• Partner with Product, Services, and cross-functional teams to translate complex platform concepts into clear educational content.
• Mentor, coach, and provide subject-matter expertise to junior eLearning team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing eLearning is preferred.
• Proficiency with Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, Microsoft Office, learning management systems, data reporting, and project coordination.
• Strong experience applying AI to eLearning development.
• Experience working with creative teams, training leaders, and subject matter experts.
• Strong production workflow, organizational, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to process feedback and deliver high-quality products within project timelines.
