hirify.global provides title and escrow services and is developing Endpoint Workspace, a connected digital workspace for transaction teams.

What you will do

• Design learner-centered learning experiences for Endpoint Workspace and related technology and process changes.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and select appropriate solutions across eLearning, self-paced learning, instructor-led and virtual training, digital adoption, and performance support.
• Partner with subject matter experts, product teams, trainers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical and business requirements into practical learning content.
• Create objectives, storyboards, facilitator guides, participant materials, activities, assessments, knowledge checks, job aids, videos, and other instructional assets.
• Design scenarios, simulations, practice opportunities, and in-app guidance using platforms such as Whatfix.
• Manage instructional design projects through discovery, development, review, quality assurance, deployment, evaluation, and ongoing updates; thoughtfully use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–7 years of experience designing and developing learning content for adult learners in a corporate or commercial environment.
• Experience designing learning solutions across multiple delivery methods and supporting software or process changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Working knowledge of instructional design principles such as ADDIE, Bloom’s, ARCS, or SCARF.
• Experience with tools such as Whatfix or another Digital Adoption Platform, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, TechSmith, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot.

Nice to have

• Experience with Whatfix, Amplitude, Pendo, or similar guided learning technologies.
• Familiarity with video or motion elements, including screen recordings, animations, or explainer videos.
