Clinical Application eLearning Developer

Location: Remote role associated with Brentwood, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and develop virtual training materials, online learning modules, interactive documents, videos, games, and other multimedia resources.
• Coordinate with instructional designers and multiple teams to create training for different end-user roles.
• Plan and deliver application training programs through learning management systems.
• Create training plans and learning content for system upgrades, skills enhancement, and Super User programs.
• Conduct skill assessments, define competency models, and establish metrics for training effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot eLearning and LMS issues, assess training risks, and collect feedback from end users.

Requirements

• 1–4+ years of experience in an eLearning role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with learning management systems, project management, adult education, and curriculum delivery.
• Experience developing training materials for healthcare organizations, including EMR-related content.
• Strong communication, organization, coordination, critical thinking, and scheduling skills.
• Excellent English grammar and spelling for verbal and written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic enterprise implementation training.
• Healthcare experience in clinical documentation, registration documentation, or ambulatory clinics.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate and HealthStream LMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
