Curriculum Designer (Articulate Storyline)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; candidates will be considered nationally.

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Design instructional materials and curriculum supporting learning and performance in Quality department teams.
• Create and deliver timely training project plans.
• Maintain training resources, support sites, and e-learning content.
• Develop assessments measuring changes in knowledge, skills, and quality results.
• Review training objectives and recommend content or structural modifications.
• Facilitate training sessions as needed and follow organizational policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of corporate or business curriculum design or training development experience.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline is required and will be assessed during the interview process.
• Experience designing curriculum for adult learning settings.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate.
