Location: Nationwide Remote Office in the United States; listed location: Reston, Virginia

Salary: $108,476–$184,409 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and translate workforce needs into learning and performance solutions.
• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable learning experiences across business development, client delivery, consulting, project management, people management, and professional effectiveness.
• Design workshops, skill labs, cohort programs, simulations, case studies, coaching, mentoring, digital learning, and on-the-job reinforcement.
• Facilitate high-impact virtual and in-person learning for employees, managers, and business stakeholders.
• Incorporate personalized, adaptive, AI-enabled, and flow-of-work learning approaches where appropriate.
• Define success measures, evaluate learning effectiveness, and use data and feedback to improve programs and communicate outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, human resources, organizational development, education, adult learning, instructional design, organizational psychology, business, management, project management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, professional services consulting, workforce development, or a related discipline.
• Experience translating business or workforce needs into practical learning and performance solutions.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering learning for professional or client-facing employee populations.
• Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, experiential learning, and performance consulting.
• Experience facilitating virtual and in-person learning and partnering with business leaders, managers, and subject matter experts.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services, consulting, government contracting, or another client-focused organization.
• Experience with modern learning platforms, skills technologies, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Experience developing coaching, practice, and on-the-job reinforcement strategies.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
