Solutions Architect II, HRIS HCM

Location: Hybrid; requires 2 days per week onsite in the office in Sacramento, United States.

Salary: $129,188.80–$193,793.60 per year.

What you will do

• Provide architectural and technical guidance for product development, engineering design, processes, and quality practices.
• Oversee software, hardware, and infrastructure design for large-scale system projects.
• Own or contribute to the Software Development Lifecycle and continuous integration processes and tools.
• Build and lead software, hardware, and infrastructure development groups.
• Apply enterprise technical standardization across services and solutions.
• Balance build-versus-buy decisions and maintain system coherence through flexible architecture and application integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• At least 5 years of recent relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of industry development languages and frameworks, object-oriented programming, client/server systems, scripting, portal technology, web architecture, and web development.
• Working knowledge of networking architecture, protocols, secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement large-scale system projects and communicate effectively with executives, managers, subject matter experts, and external organizations.
• Availability to work onsite in Sacramento 2 days per week.
