Salary: $129,188.80 – $193,793.60 per year

What you will do

• Provide architectural and technical guidance to ensure sound engineering design, process, and quality practices.
• Oversee software, hardware, and infrastructure design for HRIS HCM solutions.
• Own the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and continuous integration processes to deliver high-quality products.
• Lead the development group to align technical implementation with the organization's standardization vision.
• Manage organizational balance and system coherency between build and buy scenarios for application integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• 5 years of recent relevant experience in technical architecture.
• Must be able to work onsite in Sacramento 2 days per week.
• Extensive knowledge of industry development languages, frameworks, and secure coding practices.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming, web architecture, and large-scale system implementation.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday and other HR technology/ERP systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA.
