Sr SAP TMS Solution Architect

Salary: $141,600–$212,400 base salary per year, plus eligible bonus, commission, and equity compensation.

What you will do

• Act as an SAP TMS solution architect across system design, implementation, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Advise on SAP solution design and configuration, including impacts on business processes and related modules.
• Define end-to-end transportation processes, resolve issues, and identify business process improvements with global process and supply chain stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze requirements, evaluate support requests, and communicate system enhancements, fixes, and improvements.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
• Escalate key process decisions and choice points to Global Process Owners and GIS leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of SAP experience, including extensive SAP TMS implementation and solution architect experience.
• Experience as a functional lead working across teams, with strong influencing, facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing SAP TMS in different deployment models, preferably TMS on S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP TMS and its integration with SAP EWM, ECC, GTS, and EHS, including SCT Software Carrier Integration.
• Experience configuring transportation master data, Post Processing Framework, and interfaces using RFC, ALE, IDoc, and Web Services.
• Bachelor’s degree and typically at least 12 years of related experience.
