HRIS Architect (Workday)

What you will do

• Support and maintain Workday integrations, reporting, security configurations, and related technical components.
• Develop integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, Web Services, and APIs.
• Build and maintain Workday reports using Calculated Fields and Report Designer.
• Prepare migrations and deployments across Sandbox, Preview, and Production environments.
• Monitor integrations and reports, troubleshoot failures and data discrepancies, and contribute to root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with HRIS teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of HRIS or Workday technical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, reporting, or related technical solutions.
• Knowledge of EIB, Workday Web Services, Reporting, and Calculated Fields; experience with Workday Studio and Cloud Connect is preferred.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, source control, deployment, and change management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, HRIS, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Workday certifications in Integrations, Reporting, Studio, or related technologies.
• Workday Extend training, certification, or hands-on experience.
• Integration, cloud, or software development certifications.
