What you will do

• Lead the enterprise ServiceNow IT service portfolio and catalog management.
• Direct infrastructure architecture development aligned with Department of State and federal standards.
• Translate enterprise strategies into support requirements, technical solutions, and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop infrastructure standards and standardized configurations across more than 350 facilities.
• Establish architecture governance, review processes, communication, training, and organization-wide standards adoption.
• Develop compliance metrics and manage service portfolio strategy aligned with agency modernization goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant enterprise architecture, infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or related IT experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• CISSP and ITIL certifications.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or equivalent technical leader in complex enterprise IT environments.
• Experience developing enterprise architecture strategies, reference architectures, technology standards, roadmaps, modernization plans, governance processes, and configuration standards.
• Strong knowledge of compute, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud and hybrid-cloud environments, identity, security, and enterprise application platforms.
