Solutions Architect - Corporate Systems (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid in Short Hills, New Jersey; Hartford, Connecticut; or Charlotte, North Carolina

Salary: USD $146,000–$198,000 per year

What you will do

• Create system blueprints covering architecture, components, data flows, and integrations.
• Develop long-term technology roadmaps and evaluate enterprise technologies for quality and security.
• Partner with business owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Define integration standards and ensure interoperability across platforms, especially ERP and HCM systems.
• Assess technical debt, prioritize remediation, and establish non-functional requirements for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Lead the acquisition, onboarding, and integration of new systems while ensuring IT, compliance, and security protocols are followed.

Requirements

• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• 7+ years of experience in application development and 3+ years of relevant architecture experience.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure, cloud technologies, and major platforms, with strong HCM expertise.
• Experience designing and integrating multi-tier systems in high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of modern architectural patterns, software development practices, cloud capabilities, and DevOps initiatives.
