Salary: $146,000 - $198,000 per year

What you will do

• Create comprehensive system blueprints, defining architecture, components, data flow, and integrations.
• Develop long-term technology roadmaps and evaluate new technologies for quality and security.
• Define standards for system integration, ensuring seamless interoperability between ERP and HCM platforms such as Workday.
• Partner with business owners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business strategy.
• Assess and document technical debt, establishing prioritization frameworks for remediation.
• Lead the acquisition and integration of new systems and technologies to support evolving business needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in applications development.
• 3+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, and ERP/HCM systems (especially Workday).
• Experience designing and integrating multi-tier systems in high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with modern architectural patterns, software development best practices, and DevOps initiatives.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
