What you will do

• Develop and enhance analytics frameworks to monitor customer retention, market share, and revenue growth.
• Analyze customer forecasts and their impact on operational performance and business prioritization.
• Track quote-to-order conversion and key operational metrics influencing customer satisfaction.
• Utilize AI tools and modern analytics workflows to improve insight generation and decision support.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Science, and Infrastructure teams using Tableau and Snowflake.
• Communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 6+ years of relevant analytical experience with large datasets.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics or a related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools (Generative AI, automation) into analytical workflows.
• Proficiency with visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights.
