What you will do

• Partner with Support and Services Delivery leadership to provide data and insights that drive operational decisions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on support case drivers, resolution patterns, and customer satisfaction trends.
• Build and maintain data models, metrics, and pipelines using SQL, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Leverage AI-driven interfaces like Cortex Analyst and Cortex Code to enable stakeholder self-service.
• Collaborate across Support Engineering, Finance, and Operations for a holistic view of the post-sale customer experience.
• Contribute to team best practices and analytical standards to elevate the quality of deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics or applied data science.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred) and Python.
• Experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation.
• Proven ability to build user-facing analytics applications, BI tools, or data apps.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Menlo Park, CA.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience applying LLMs for classification and semantic models for self-service.
• Experience with emerging Snowflake Cortex Code capabilities.
