What you will do

• Own analytics for the participant lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Data Science teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to improve participant experience and marketplace liquidity.
• Translate complex marketplace data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Connect operational metrics to commercial performance and financial outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, automation).
• Experience building scalable reporting frameworks in BI tools like Metabase, Looker, or Tableau.
• Strong background in lifecycle analytics and behavioral cohort analysis.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B or operational experiments.
• Solid understanding of two-sided marketplace metrics and economics.
