What you will do

• Build and maintain dbt models transforming raw data into reliable analytical assets.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to translate business questions into precise analytical deliverables.
• Design and ship Tableau dashboards and data products to automate reporting and reduce manual effort.
• Identify and close data coverage gaps through engineering or independent work.
• Maintain data quality standards with tests, monitoring, and documentation.
• Contribute to analytical infrastructure including shared macros, documentation standards, and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in New York City, United States
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data transformation tools like dbt.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Python experience for data ingestion and automation.
• AI-native mindset with experience building or prototyping with LLMs and agents.

Nice to have

• Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity.
• Healthcare industry experience, especially in imaging, RCM, or provider operations.
