What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and marts using dbt and Snowflake.
• Define and govern consistent metrics across source data, transformed models, and the Omni semantic layer.
• Build AI-enabled tools and workflows to expand responsible self-service analytics.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and create documentation for other analytics engineers.
• Own data quality within assigned areas by monitoring performance and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake.
• Experience with semantic layer or BI tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau) and orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster).
• Working proficiency in Python and experience with version control, testing, and code reviews.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline execution and enhance outputs.
• Must be based in Brazil.
