What you will do

• Own the end-to-end business P&L for the banking, payments, and wallet product portfolio.
• Develop and design activation, lifecycle, and rewards programs to convert users into recurring banking customers.
• Lead the integration of crypto, stablecoins, remittances, and e-commerce into a unified Wallet capability.
• Collaborate with Risk and Operations to improve unit economics and reduce cost-to-serve.
• Partner with Marketing to accelerate customer acquisition and drive the revenue path.
• Shape the strategic roadmap to connect banking, payments, and wallet into a single consumer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning a banking, payments, or fintech P&L.
• Track record of driving consumer growth, retention, and LTV in scaled B2C financial products.
• Direct experience with direct deposit, activation, or lifecycle incentive programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build a team and operating model from the ground up.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen to balance growth, cost, and risk simultaneously.
• Exceptional cross-functional influence to align Marketing, Product, Risk, and Operations.

Nice to have

• Background in neobanking, challenger banks, or embedded finance models.
• Experience with crypto, stablecoins, remittances, or e-commerce wallet products.
• Familiarity with financial institution (bank) partnership structures and management.
• Experience operating within a matrixed, platform-level organization.
