Salary: $124,300 – $233,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead go-to-market strategy and commercialization for consumer payment products and digital wallet initiatives.
• Define market requirements and provide structured feedback to Global Product teams to influence roadmap priorities.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including status reporting and executive steering updates.
• Align priorities and resources across Product, Technology, Pricing, Risk, Legal, and Marketing teams.
• Develop commercial constructs, including budgeting, pricing, and partnership structures.
• Partner with Client Solutions teams to support pilot programs and new product exploration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 2+ with an Advanced degree).
• Experience in payments, fintech, or digital commerce.
• Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong capability in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with MicroStrategy and Tableau.
• Prior experience in product management or consulting.
