Location: Must be based in or able to commute to sites across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. This role requires 50–60% travel.

Compensation: $138,403 – $168,954 annually plus annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide coaching to leaders and employees on engagement, conflict resolution, and career development.
• Execute site-specific HR strategies and drive cultural transformation initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, including investigations and performance management procedures.
• Lead key HR processes such as onboarding, talent review, and succession planning.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company, state, and federal labor regulations.
• Serve as a member of the factory leadership team and provide on-call support for critical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Must be able to reliably commute to and between sites in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA).
• Proficiency in English is essential for communication and collaboration.
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or consumer products industry.
• Proficiency in SAP.
