What you will do

• Act as a trusted consultant to senior leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Coach managers and employees on performance management, business conduct, and HR policies.
• Analyze organizational data to identify trends and improve internal processes.
• Lead change management efforts to support rapid company growth and commercialization.
• Implement high-impact performance management frameworks to drive continuous feedback.
• Navigate complex people issues with empathy while ensuring legal and safety compliance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience, including 2-3 years in an HRBP capacity within a fast-paced tech environment.
• Bachelor degree or higher.
• Proven experience coaching management layers from new managers to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve sensitive HR issues.
• Demonstrated experience working in high ambiguity without clear playbooks.
• HR partnership experience with non-exempt employees and knowledge of legal compliance.

• Direct experience designing and leveraging AI in HR workflows.
