Salary: $92,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR resource for the West Lafayette location, supporting employees and leaders across multiple shifts.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement corporate initiatives regarding performance management, talent development, and total rewards.
• Drive employee relations strategies, lead investigations, and coach supervisors on people management best practices.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle and provide backup support for high-volume recruiting and onboarding.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to strategize and build local workforce development pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience within a manufacturing operation.
• Deep knowledge of talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and workforce planning.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

• Experience working within the defense industry.
• Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems, specifically Workday.
