What you will do

• Lead daily, weekly, and month-end reconciliations for global cash and transaction flows across various channels and regions.
• Manage end-to-end break investigation, root-cause analysis, and resolution in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Bank partners.
• Design policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to identify control gaps and ensure fund safety.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of reconciliation systems, tools, and data quality checks.
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements and PRDs for Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable enhancements.
• Coach and develop the reconciliation team, managing capacity planning, performance standards, and training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Operations, Payments, or Fintech.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale cash, settlement, and transaction reconciliations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payment lifecycles, including authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Experience improving operational processes through automation and workflow tooling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to deep-dive into large datasets to identify root causes.
• Experience in people leadership or direct team management.
