Sr. Finance Analyst, Client Incentives Operations (AI)

Location: Singapore; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Manage accounting and reporting for client incentive agreements in the Asia Pacific region.
• Review contracts, determine appropriate financial treatment, and monitor incentive performance.
• Redesign financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and automate journal entries and reconciliations.
• Use Power BI and AI models to improve process efficiency and deliver data-driven insights.
• Lead or support finance system and process enhancements, including ORMB improvements.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams to improve controls, quality, and turnaround time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations, preferably in payments or financial services.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial controls.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, or finance system implementation.
• Proficiency in data analytics and automation tools, including Power BI, Excel, and modern AI tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
