What you will do

• Manage accounting and reporting for client incentive agreements ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Review contracts to determine appropriate financial treatment and monitor incentive performance.
• Redesign financial processes to identify inefficiencies and automate routine tasks like journal entries and reconciliations.
• Leverage Power BI and AI models to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to improve quality, controls, and turnaround time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations, preferably in payments or financial services.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, or system implementation in finance functions.
• Proficiency in data analytics and automation tools such as Power BI, Excel, and modern AI tools.
• Ability to manage projects and drive initiatives across diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
