What you will do

• Plan and execute reliability qualification testing, including MSL, temperature cycling, BHAST, and RFHTOL.
• Perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations, then coordinate containment and corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop reliability models using field-return analysis and reliability-growth tracking.
• Define reliability requirements, test plans, sampling methods, and acceptance criteria for new products and design changes.
• Work with manufacturing teams, suppliers, external laboratories, and quality organizations to improve process capability and reduce reliability escapes.
• Document findings and communicate reliability status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience in reliability engineering, product qualification, or failure analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of reliability test methods, statistics, and structured problem-solving.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor, networking, or high-volume electronics products.
• Familiarity with reliability test equipment and failure-analysis tools.
• Experience working with external laboratories and supplier quality organizations.
