What you will do
- Develop and manage comprehensive reliability test plans for GaN/SiC products.
- Create lifetime estimation models and identify failure mechanisms through simulation and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and process teams to integrate Design for Reliability (DfR) principles.
- Analyze reliability test data to extract acceleration parameters and define pass/fail criteria.
- Monitor failure analysis investigations to understand wear-out mechanisms.
- Lead external partnerships with universities and research consortia on power semiconductor standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Experimental Physics or Electronics Engineering (PhD preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in power semiconductor devices, specifically GaN or SiC.
- Strong knowledge of JEDEC, AEC-Q101, and AQG 324 standards.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools like JMP or MATLAB.
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel within the EU (up to 20% depending on location).
