What you will do

• Analyze equipment performance, failure trends, and reliability improvement opportunities.
• Perform root cause analysis and apply FMEA, RCM, and related reliability tools.
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment uptime.
• Track reliability metrics including MTBF and MTTR.
• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining GMP, FDA, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or a related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of GMP/cGMP principles and regulated industry practices.
• Familiarity with FMEA, RCA, RCM, or TPM.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully site-based environment.
