What you will do

• Apply reliability engineering methodologies to predict and prevent industrial asset failures.
• Conduct root cause analyses on equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor maintenance performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and stakeholders to evaluate investment opportunities and asset renewal programs.
• Coach maintenance teams on reliability engineering tools and best practices.
• Support maintenance planning, spare parts management, and service contract optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in continuous process industries.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Nacimiento, Chile.
• Practical knowledge of RCM, FMEA, and problem-solving tools like 5W2H.
• Understanding of maintenance management strategies and reliability-centered maintenance.
