What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor for Sales on deal structure, quoting, and contract options to support deal closure.
• Own the quote review process in Salesforce and Zuora CPQ to ensure accurate deal structures and downstream bookings.
• Review sales-assisted contracts to ensure commercial terms comply with revenue recognition requirements and internal policies.
• Partner with Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue Accounting to resolve subscription and invoicing issues.
• Analyze quoting data to identify recurring issues and recommend process or configuration improvements.
• Participate in regional sales forecast calls and quarterly business reviews to provide deal status and risk updates.

Requirements

• Experience in Deal Desk, billing operations, or revenue operations within a quote-to-cash function.
• Must be based in the Philippines and work hours aligned with the GMT+10 time zone.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ tools, ideally Zuora, including experience with consumption-based structures.
• Ability to interpret commercial contracts and understand how legal terms affect pricing and bookings.
• Understanding of revenue recognition concepts within a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail using Google Sheets or Excel.
