Manager, Deal Desk (SaaS): Leading the deal desk team to support ISV and MarTech NAMER Sales by structuring complex commercial agreements with an accent on pricing frameworks and financial guardrails. Focus on overseeing the quote-to-signature process, managing a team of analysts, and optimizing non-standard commercial deals.

Location: Remote (US). Not eligible for hire in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA

Salary: $106,320 - $156,300

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to NAMER Sales leaders, owning total deal flow and prioritization.
• Structure commercially sound deals by analyzing tradeoffs across price, volume, and risk.
• Lead the architecture and governance of complex financial models and pricing frameworks.
• Serve as a Player-Coach, managing a team of analysts while handling complicated deal work yourself.
• Oversee the end-to-end quote-to-signature process, including pricing analysis, order form creation, and redlines.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Legal, and Finance to influence policy and tooling automation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA)
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Deal Management, Sales Ops, or Finance (or 7 years without a degree).
• 2+ years of experience directly managing a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, bespoke financial analysis and commercial customization.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts.

Nice to have

• Comprehensive experience in Salesforce, Docusign, CPQ systems, Conga CLM, MS-Office and/or G-Suite.
