What you will do

• Execute end-to-end billing processes in Zuora, including recurring billing, adjustments, and invoice preparation.
• Manage complex billing workbooks and ensure alignment between customer agreements and subscription data.
• Handle billing case intake and triage via Salesforce, resolving inquiries and escalations in partnership with Sales and Support.
• Perform system reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with IT and Finance on system integrations and upgrades to enhance billing accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve data quality and operational insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B billing operations.
• Advanced proficiency with Zuora, including subscription management and billing rules.
• Experience using Salesforce for billing case management and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing large datasets and complex billing scenarios.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sage Intacct and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with SOX-aware documentation and BPO partnership support.
• Experience applying AI and automation in finance operations.
