What you will do

• Design, develop, and evaluate predictive models and advanced ML algorithms for the Clinical Decision Support Platform.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis on complex, high-dimensional healthcare datasets to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers and product engineers to translate prototypes into scalable products and features.
• Generate and test hypotheses through product experiments and data exploration.
• Analyze business requirements to develop features and stories for product backlogs.
• Provide data science mentoring and presentations to colleagues and management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of applicable experience in data science.
• Bachelor's degree (Required).
• Must be able to travel 1-20% within the US.
• Experience with large-scale dataset manipulation and causal inference.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or Python with scientific libraries.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in statistics, bioinformatics, mathematics, or a related empirical field.
• Experience with cloud computing environments.
• Knowledge of workflow tools like Luigi or Airflow.
• Experience in healthcare research with large patient datasets.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
