Data Scientist (AI)

Location: United States — San Francisco, New York, or remote within the US. In-person onboarding is required.

Annual base salary: $140,000–$348,000 USD.

What you will do

• Define and measure key metrics, design experiments, and generate insights for strategic decisions.
• Build models and analytical frameworks for product, marketing, platform, and finance initiatives.
• Develop tools, datasets, and systems that improve the efficiency and rigor of data work.
• Own complex data projects from framing business questions through delivering solutions used by stakeholders.
• Champion data quality, accessibility, and data democratization across the organization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with distributed data systems such as Redshift, Snowflake, Presto, Hive, or Spark.
• Strong foundation in statistical methods, experimentation, and/or forecasting.
• Cross-functional experience and strong communication with technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience supporting Product, Marketing, Finance, or internal Platform/Tooling teams.
