Associate Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Ewing, New Jersey, USA; in-person attendance is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.

Base salary: $59,400–$84,500 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Apply predictive modeling, data mining, machine learning, and advanced analytics to identify patterns and trends.
• Partner with business units to understand challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into data products and solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support business strategy and operational improvements.
• Present complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders through data storytelling.
• Stay current with data science, machine learning, and cloud technology developments to improve analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of experience.
• Experience with programming and data query languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of data science methodologies, predictive modeling, data mining, and machine learning.
• Ability to translate technical results into business recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Ewing, New Jersey arrangement with required in-person attendance three days per week.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Agentic AI development experience.
